Vital Haven Wellness may offer in-house blood draws. For your convenience, you may choose to have your blood drawn through Vital Haven Wellness using discounted self-pay laboratory pricing, or receive a laboratory order to take to an outside laboratory of your choice.
If an outside laboratory is used, that laboratory may bill your insurance when applicable. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs depend on the laboratory and your individual plan and are not guaranteed by Vital Haven Wellness.
