Vital Haven offers telehealth throughout Maine and select in-person services in Central Maine. Your visit format depends on the service and your individual care needs.

Meet by secure telehealth or in person when the service requires it.

Review your symptoms, health history, goals, and appropriate laboratory testing. Together, decide on a plan tailored to you.

Continue care with individualized follow-up and treatment adjustments based on your response, results, and goals.
For telehealth visits
- A private space where you're comfortable talking.
- A phone, tablet or computer with a reliable connection.
- Any questions you'd like to ask — appointments are built to leave room for them.
For Maine telehealth appointments, you must be physically located in Maine at the time of your visit. Select services may require an in-person appointment.
